Job Description
Monitor and guide agents towards the company’s goals and objectives. Achieve the company’s targets and coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda. Handling clients’ inquiries and requests. Following the management strategy and instructions. Following up with the sales agents for achieving targets. Prepare necessary reports that must be presented to the Sales regional manager
